 | | Welcome to God's Green Acre | | | | God’s Green Acre is an independent, locally owned health food store that’s been in operation since 1968. We’re one of the oldest health food stores in South Carolina. We recently moved to a new location, on Central Ave in Knightsville, right outside the historic section of Summerville.
We have a great variety of items, including gluten-free products, flours and sweeteners, herbal, green and black teas, juices, kombucha, cleanses, herbal supplements, vitamins and minerals, homeopathic remedies, natural health & beauty aids, essential oils, frozen foods, raw apple cider vinegar, ear candles…you name it and we just might carry it!
We support local agricultural and local entrepreneurs: we carry raw milk from Sea Island Jerseys (Wadmalaw), Milky Way Farms (upstate), and Jeremiah Farm (John’s Island), free-range eggs (Bowman), Grawnola products (Hanahan), Bee City honey and pollen (Cottageville), Sinless Chocolate candy bars (Charleston), and Mission Essentials lotions and soaps (Daniel Island).
Some of our most popular brands include Ezekiel breads, Dr. Bronner’s, Bragg’s, Alvita, Bob’s Red Mill, Udi’s, Garden of Life, Udo’s, and MegaFood.
We pride ourselves on our customer service. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll try to get it. We carry a lot of the things that Dr. Oz recommends.
Owners Collins and Paulette Patrick are life-long Summervillians, and have owned God’s Green Acre for fourteen years.
